Route tleCatalogNumber() and noradIdFromSatnum() through one decoder that
accepts only plain digits or a valid Alpha-5 field. parseInt and Number()
read '2554A', '255 4', '-1234', '0x1F0', '1.5' and blank as numbers; they
now return null/NaN. Digit satnums of any length still decode, so OMM
satrecs numbered past 99999 keep working.
Add a layer test that several Alpha-5 satellites survive ingestion dedupe,
the changelog fragment for #767, and note in CURRENT-STATE that this is
Alpha-5 TLE compatibility and malformed fields are rejected.
The CCTV frame proxy marks a Street View fallback with X-CCTV-Source, but the portable source dropped the header and get_cctv_snapshot always reported a current view credited to the camera's agency. The source now keeps the recognised provenance, and the tool labels Street View frames as historical Google imagery, refuses synthetic placeholders, and reports unknown provenance without claiming a current view.
aircraft_in_area compared a nullable altitude, so a contact with neither barometric nor geometric altitude matched max_altitude_m as though it were at zero. Require a reported finite altitude only when a band is requested; unfiltered queries keep the contact.
Rebase #1142 onto current main, keeping both sides of the changelog and runtime documentation conflicts. Retain unwrapped containment and circular query coordinates.
Address review feedback on perimeterAnchorDegrees: use circular longitude for the selected outer ring, excluding its closing duplicate. Compare multipart areas along short longitude edges so a small dateline part cannot steal the card anchor from a larger polygon.
Three new card regressions fail before the fix and pass afterward. Coverage includes reversed/rotated rings, vertices at +/-180 and both multipart selection directions. Local validation: 43 focused tests; full suite 7,636 passed, one skipped, zero failures; production build, formatting, module boundaries and whitespace checks pass on Node 24.19.0. Browser tracking validation follows on the QA branch.
Catalog numbers above 99999 arrive in a TLE as Alpha-5: a letter A-Z,
skipping I and O, stands for 10-33 in the ten-thousands place, so 100000
is A0000. satellite.js keeps the field as the string satrec.satnum, and
the three catalog builders converted it with Number(), which gives NaN;
the Set and Map used to deduplicate and store treat NaN as equal to NaN,
so the first such satellite was stored under NaN and every later one was
dropped as a duplicate (#751). The satellite tools read the same field
with parseInt and reported no number, so such a satellite could not be
found by it.
The decoder lives in src/sources/tle.js, beside parseTleText, which the
layer and the tools both import already: noradIdFromSatnum() for the
three builders, and tleCatalogNumber() decodes through the same function.
Every other field reads as it did before: Number() in the layer,
parseInt or null in the tools.
CHANGELOG: keep both new [Unreleased] entries (Panoramax, and the
emergency-transponder highlight from #856).

isoTime returned toISOString() for any finite number, which throws past ±8.64e15 ms, so one bad record (e.g. a bike-share last_reported) failed the whole tool answer. Such timestamps are now null. The voice analyst's result rows had the same conversion and get the same guard.

KartaView's later viewer changes are carried into the shared
photoViewer.js: the camera bearing (`bearingOf`), redrawing the same
photo after a GPU reset through `onReopen`, no pose while a lost context
recovers, the 2,560 px flat version only once the viewer outgrows
1,280 px, `refreshPose`, and one sharper-panorama load at a time with a
second look once it lands. Its tile cache's `keyOf` and `clear` move to
the shared tileCache.js. KartaView gets `onEscape` beside `onReopen`.

Panoramax, the open federated street-level commons, registers beside
Mapillary, Google Street View and KartaView. Its meta-catalogue
(api.panoramax.xyz) is keyless and CORS-open, so it runs in the browser:
- coverage from its vector tiles: sequence lines at z11–14 below 30 km
(longest first under the per-tile cap), and above that the grid layer's
density cells as binned points, not counted as sequences;
- a click on a line opens that sequence's picture nearest the click
(STAC search, any direction), without moving the camera, then any
sequence's if it has none within 50 m; the 360° and since filters go to
the lines and to the API;
- cones from the z15 tiles' pictures layer around the open picture
(~110 bytes a picture, against ~7.5 kB for a STAC item), re-centred when
a picture opens outside them; ‹ › follow the picture's prev/next links;
- the caption names the author (not an account named by an email
address) and the picture's licence (StreetPose `license`), and links to
the picture in the Panoramax viewer; the globe credits Panoramax.
KartaView's viewer becomes the shared photoViewer.js (flat <img>, 360° on
panorama.js, ‹ ›, keyboard, pinch, context loss), driven by a per-provider
PhotoSources table; the request limiter moves to limiter.js. Panoramax shows
the 2,048 px SD derivative and fetches the HD original only when the viewer
is wide enough, once, shrunk while it decodes (never above 8,192 px).
Orange #ff6f00 (Panoramax's own), off by default, share option
0.m.0_0.r.panoramax-1. The MCP panel allows the meta-catalogue and the
biggest instances. Tests: policy, decode, source, viewer, provider, and a
Panoramax fixture in the hermetic browser gate.

Coverage lines from KartaView's z13-14 JSON tiles (OSM ways with photos,
chained end to start), the photo nearest a clicked line, cones along its
sequence, and a viewer for flat photos and 360° panoramas (a small WebGL
equirectangular renderer, no new dependency) with ‹ › along the sequence.
Mapillary's camera-driven line coverage and sequence cones move to the
provider-neutral core (lineCoverage.js, sequenceCones.js) with the tile
fetch, zoom ladder, colours and pick prefixes injected; Mapillary keeps
thin wrappers and its tests pass unchanged.
KartaView quirks handled: api.kartaview.org (the documented
api.openstreetcam.org serves empty tiles), photo URLs that name storage1
for photos stored elsewhere, and a photo API that answers 429 to more than
about three requests at once (two in flight, retried with backoff).

Google's Maps Platform terms forbid Street View imagery beside non-Google
maps, so the provider declares requiresMapStack: 'photoreal': off Google
3D its chip is dashed with the reason, lookups and opens skip it, and
leaving Google 3D closes its panorama.
- Ground clicks: only a click on the map itself (scenePick.isSurfacePick:
nothing picked or Google 3D tile content) at street zoom opens Street
View, and the camera stays put; higher up the hint says to zoom in.
scenePick.pickGroundPosition replaces the copy in Directions.
- Viewer: poses go out at once and again when the date and address
arrive, so an open never hangs on that lookup; one lookup per panorama,
seeded by the nearest lookup; a close settles a pending open; failed
lookups are asked again; poses follow position changes, not pano_changed.
- Loader: the gm_authFailure handler is installed once, so a retried load
reports a refusal once.
- Viewer host: a prewarm that lands after another provider took the host
is released; FIT/FILL availability is set on every open.
- Provider: a refusal while switched off reports no error over another
photo; SINCE compares against the end of Google's month; messages name
the referrer and network causes; FLAT says Street View is 360° only.
- The layer row names the key of the providers that are on; the MCP panel
CSP admits Street View's tiles, control images and photos.
- Tests for each, against fakes that now follow Google's event order; the
browser gate restores its state, waits instead of sleeping, aims its
panel clicks and corner drags, and asserts the camera stays put.

Fixesbilawalsidhu/gods-eye-view#927. Each stdio MCP server made its own
random panel key, and panel_request accepts only the key in the panel
page. A client that starts two server processes for one connection and
reads the page from one while sending the page's requests to the other
(seen in Claude Desktop on Windows) therefore always got "Only the God's
Eye View panel may make this request".
The stdio entry now passes a key shared by the install, created once in
.gev-cache/mcp-panel-key. The file is staged 0600 and published with
link(), so processes starting together agree on one key and never read a
half-written one. If it cannot be stored, the process keeps a key of its
own, as before. createLocalMcpServer still makes a fresh key unless given
one, so in-process servers (the /mcp HTTP plugin, tests) are unchanged.

- Photo framing and FOLLOW claim the camera through the application's
navigation, injected with attachNavigation({ run, subscribeHandoff }):
aircraft and satellite tracking is released first, the cockpit refuses,
and FOLLOW stops when another feature takes the camera. No UI imports
in the layer.
- The mesh sampler follows the mesh floor's rules: it waits for the
visible tileset to finish streaming (visibleTilesetLoaded, now exposed
by the mesh floor service), needs a real bare-earth prior and keeps to
the shared meshFloorSampleWithinPrior window, which cameraFollow now
uses too. A cell is probed again once the camera is half as far from
it (down to 40 m), so a coarse early sample is replaced and redrawn.
- The MCP globe panel's CSP allows the Mapillary Graph API and its image
CDN (https://*.xx.fbcdn.net).
- The tile proxy reads bodies with the shared readResponseBytesCapped.

Cover every Norwegian station-based city-bike system with an open GBFS
feed: Kolumbus Bysykkel (Stavanger) and Farte Bysykkel (Skien/Porsgrunn)
through Entur Mobility, and Bysykkel Lillestrøm through JCDecaux
Cyclocity.
api.entur.io and api.cyclocity.fr join the GBFS allowlist, each kept to
its GBFS path prefix since both hosts front other APIs. Entur serves its
feeds without a .json suffix, so the endpoint checks accept either form,
and requests to Entur carry the ET-Client-Name header it requires.

Add Norway's three Urban Sharing city-bike systems to the Bike Share
layer and get_bike_share. The feeds are keyless GBFS on
gbfs.urbansharing.com, which joins the proxy allowlist. The proxy now
sends the Client-Identifier header the operators ask clients to send.

The flight, military and vessel feeds were named after the providers the
bundled server uses (/api/opensky, /api/adsblol/mil, /api/ais-live and
their track routes; createOpenSkySource, createAdsbLolSource,
createAisStreamSource). Any server should be able to answer a feed from
its own provider, so the feeds are now:
/api/flights /api/flights/track?icao24=
/api/military /api/military/track?hex=
/api/vessels /api/vessels/track?mmsi=
with createFlightSource, createMilitarySource and createVesselSource. The
old routes are removed. Each server names its provider in X-Feed-Source
(the bundled server sends OpenSky Network, adsb.lol and AISStream, so its
attribution is unchanged) and the military feed's cache state and age in
X-Feed-Cache and X-Feed-Age-Ms. Sources report the provider the server
names and fall back to the feed's name.
The vessel source accepts an optional area and sends it as lat, lon and
radius_km. The vessel layer asks for the area the camera shows (centered
on the middle of the screen, sized by camera height), or every vessel
from high enough up, and asks again when the view moves or zooms by a
quarter of that radius. vessels_in_area names its area too. Servers that
hold every vessel may ignore the area; callers still keep only what is
inside it.
MCP servers that compose Core's tools can now serve the globe panel:
@gods-eye-view/core/tools/panel exports createGlobePanelResource,
panelRuntime, GLOBE_PANEL_URI and PANEL_BASE. The local MCP server uses
the same entry point.
The server routes a mounted path when a dot follows it, so /mcp.json reached
the MCP endpoint while panel_request refused only /mcp and /mcp/...; the same
held for the provider-settings, credential and model routes. The refusals now
match a dot after the route as well. A regression test drives panel_request
against a real Vite server.

Panels on one MCP server share six requests in flight; further requests
wait their turn (up to 256 waiting) instead of failing, and a waiting
request leaves the queue when its caller cancels. Held responses belong to
their own MCP server rather than to the process. /mcp request bodies must
arrive within 30 seconds. Over stdio, a client's notifications/cancelled
aborts the named request, which then gets no response.
