Three-model review (astra, sol, Fable), round 1:
- Meaning fixes: post-tropical cyclone, partly cloudy, upload-date basis,
ground track (対地針路), spec FOV, voice credentials, Activate → 押す,
bikeshare counts, NHC/CPHC empty state, absence caveat, regional-news
empty state, route steps (件の案内), minimum fuel, microphone access.
- Consistent terms: 範囲 for WINDOW, カバー範囲 for coverage, 封じ込め率
for fire containment, サイクロン for storms, 交通流 for TomTom flow,
シグナル tab, インポート / エクスポート for projects and presets,
射撃場 for the RANGE class, か所 for sites, full-width colons.
- Short forms where the re-shoot showed a wrap: エクスポート (Scenes),
提供元で操作 (embeds), 該当施設 (Contacts).
- cjk.css: the Recent Imagery slot line wraps at its separators in
Japanese, never inside プレビュー.
- Glossary in docs/translations/ja.md updated to match.

- Shorter layer and segment labels that wrapped or broke mid-word in the
narrow panels: ALPRカメラ, 宇宙ミッション 30日, 地図と比較, 対象.
- Window readouts put the value after the label (空/海ウィンドウ 250 km),
so a unit never runs into Japanese text.
- 情勢図 for the GhostMaps intel picture; Googleストリートビュー joined like
any Latin product name in the guide.

- Register ja: CATALOGS, LOCALES, LOCALE_NAMES (日本語) and the package
boundaries; ja and ja-JP tags select it.
- Japanese unit words follow the number directly, as in the catalog:
formatQuantity writes 5分 and 1時間5分 (km and kt keep the space), and
formatRelativeTime drops the space CLDR puts in 5 分前.
- Tests: locale tags, picker order, Intl output, durations and the
ramp/exit/lane wording in Japanese.
- docs/translations/ja.md: style, units, plurals and glossary; ja added to
TRANSLATORS.md and CURRENT-STATE.md.

Correct 年曆史 → 年歷史, 下遊 → 下游, 並道 → 併道 and 發佈 → 發布,
and list these fixes for future reconversions from zh-CN.

Rebuild the zh-Hant catalog from zh-CN with OpenCC s2tw glyph
conversion, so wording and terminology match zh-CN and only the
script differs. Drop Taiwan-specific vocabulary and wording notes;
zh-TW/HK/MO browser tags still select zh-Hant.

Add a complete Taiwan Traditional Chinese catalog, locale selection,
Chinese readout formatting, translation notes and regression coverage.
Seed translations from #724 and #652 and adapt the zh-CN catalog.

Correct weather, imagery, scene, voice, and status wording after the Chinese UI review. Align the translation glossary with the revised terminology.
Co-Authored-By: Codex (GPT-6) <[email protected]>
- Translate the remaining 910 strings and review the whole catalog (meaning,
terms, punctuation, label length) against the screens.
- Register zh-CN: any zh tag maps to it except Traditional ones (Hant, TW,
HK, MO), which keep English until a Traditional catalog ships.
- Hemisphere letters get their own context so the HUD sector line reads
21.33N, not a compass word; the Bhote Koshi imagery dates follow
year-first languages (2021年10月16日).
- cjk.css: tight tracking for Chinese text and a 9px floor on the dock voice
labels and layer buttons; Latin HUD readouts keep their look.
- docs/translations/zh-CN.md: style, plurals and glossary.

The review fixes had turned RANGE into DIST. and SPD into VEL.; the
Spanish glossary keeps HDG, BRG, CRS, FOV, DEST, SPD, RANGE and ALT in
English like cockpit avionics. The glossary now records the terms the
review settled: ACTIVO / INACTIVO, marcador, resplandor, Ciber,
NOTICIAS, INCL. / ALT.

From the re-shot Russian screenshots:
- Translated: weather frame/imagery status errors, HUD summary provenance
("НЕДОСТУПНО: СУДА AIS ОНЛАЙН"), Bhote Koshi map labels, cockpit signal
distances (КМ). The HUD summary fields are separated with " · " in every
language, so the style name and view band no longer read as one phrase.
- Numbers follow the locale: cockpit altitude ("26 175"), precipitation.
- No breaks inside codes and dates: ADS-B and similar in layer rows,
Sentinel-2, cyclone issue dates (word joiner; the UI font has no U+2011),
no-break space after label colons in cyclone details.
- Layout: count lines under ALPR, short unavailable chip (context
"status chip"), roomier draw segments, tighter CCTV calibration chips,
two-line beat titles and media card titles, wrapping weather status.
- Wording: ru advisory is «сводка» (was «бюллетень»; "Advisory center" is
«Центр циклона по сводке»), Street View is «Просмотр улиц», OPACITY
«НЕПРОЗР.», synced «синхр.», Area «Зона»; the import dialog no longer says
"this scene" for several scenes. Glossary updated.

Mark every UI string the unmarked-text check reported (534) plus text it
cannot see (helpers, joined labels, runtime-built panels), and translate
the result to Spanish and Russian: 1,679 messages each.
- Kept on purpose, with the reason where the text lives: provider and
product names, place and camera names, codes and units, dB values, the HUD
terminal readouts, demo shot titles that saved projects look up by title,
and text for AI tools and the voice model.
- Modules shared with the server or AI tools stay free of the i18n import
(local msg); the wind reading and voice session stay English and are
translated where the page shows them.
- npm test now runs the unmarked-text check.
- Fixes on the way: a duplicated radio privacy paragraph, the contact panel
toggle saying Expand while open, the CSS filter mistaking & for CSS.

Register es next to ru (selector shows EN | ES | RU) and complete the
catalog against the current English: the 13 messages added since #602,
the "many" plural form Intl.PluralRules('es') selects for exact millions,
and fixes where the English had changed (e.g. "hace hace" in LIVE ·
updated, minutes written as metres). Terminology made consistent (buque,
aeronave, incendio activo); key names stay in English. Meir's wording is
kept everywhere else. Adds docs/translations/es.md.
