- Translate the remaining 1,868 strings (pt-BR, as in #909) and review the
contributor entries: HUD codes BRG/SPD/RANGE stay as in the other
languages, sentence-case layer and scene names, Space key named as on the
keyboard, short PREV/NEXT/ON/OFF chips, and the CLDR many form (exact
millions take «de») on every plural.
- Register pt: any pt tag (pt-BR, pt-PT) maps to it; the picker shows
«Português (Brasil)».
- Codes, units and product names identical to English go to
same-as-english.json.
- docs/translations/pt.md: style, plurals, units and glossary.

- Translate the remaining 910 strings and review the whole catalog (meaning,
terms, punctuation, label length) against the screens.
- Register zh-CN: any zh tag maps to it except Traditional ones (Hant, TW,
HK, MO), which keep English until a Traditional catalog ships.
- Hemisphere letters get their own context so the HUD sector line reads
21.33N, not a compass word; the Bhote Koshi imagery dates follow
year-first languages (2021年10月16日).
- cjk.css: tight tracking for Chinese text and a 9px floor on the dock voice
labels and layer buttons; Latin HUD readouts keep their look.
- docs/translations/zh-CN.md: style, plurals and glossary.

- i18n scanner: lastError sink, no false sinks on defaults and ternaries
- shared src/i18n/marker.js for modules that only mark strings
- wind field messages move to wind/fields.js; CITY_POIS imports from cityPois.js
- drop review IDs, change history and stale references from comments and docs

Replaces the EN/ES/RU buttons in the Visual Presets dock with a picker
that scales to many languages: a globe button with the current code
next to the POWER UP chip, opening a list of languages named in their
own language with their codes, the current one first and checked. A
search field appears past 8 languages. Keyboard: arrows, Home/End,
Enter/Space, Esc, type-ahead; keys stay in the list while it is open.
Choosing a language still asks before dropping unsaved work, then
reloads. Phones get the globe alone and a full-width sheet; the layout
uses logical properties for right-to-left languages.
