Enzo Abyie 7d7c535dc7 i18n(de): German strings from #908 
The German locale by abiyeenzo (#908), converted from its namespaced JS
catalogs to the English-keyed de.json: 859 entries whose English still
matches the current UI.

The Simplified Chinese locale by abiyeenzo (#914), converted from its
