get_active_fires joined FIRMS acq_date and the unpadded acq_time, so a
detection at 00:45 UTC came back as "2026-01-01 45". The row now uses
acquisitionMsUtc, which pads the time, and reports an ISO UTC timestamp
like the other tool times.
Compare declared visibility with the manager's effective intent, and treat
in-flight transitions as stale so a toggle or superseded LOAD rollback that
is still settling cannot slip past the check. Reconcile only those layers
inside the lightweight seek instead of rebuilding the shot, and report a
refusal without resetting the seek position or camera.

formatCockpitWindDirection rounded the bearing and printed that number, so wind from 359.5° or more read "N · 360°". Take the rounded degrees modulo 360 so north reads 0°.
formatMeasure checked the raw length against 1000 but printed it rounded, so a drawn line of 999.5 m or more read "1000 m" in the hint. Compare the rounded metres so it moves to kilometres.
Discard stale HUD summaries when camera movement starts and allow cancelled requests to retry for unchanged place context.

The Contacts panel checked the raw meters against 1000 but printed them rounded, so 999.5 m or more read "1000 m". Compare the rounded meters so the distance moves to kilometres.
routeDistanceText checked the raw meters against 1000 but printed them rounded to tens, so 995 m or more read "1000 m". Compare the rounded value so it moves to kilometres.
routeDurationText checked the raw seconds against 60 but printed them rounded, so a leg of 59.5 s or more read "60 s". Compare the rounded seconds so it moves to minutes.
Report stale traffic tiles and their fetch time, and release pending freshness metadata when tile requests fail or are cancelled.
