i18n(zh-CN): apply the catalog review findings

Review of all 2,677 zh-CN entries (scripted checks + full meaning review) confirmed the catalog fully Simplified and mechanically clean. 83 fixes in two passes: Meaning and terms — PARTLY CLOUDY lost 'partly' (多云 → 晴间多云); AIR/SEA WINDOW said scheduled flights (航班 → 空/海监视窗口); Mapped ALPR Cameras collided with ALPR Cameras; globe terms unified on 地球 (球体地图/球体影像); later/earlier observation buttons read as future actions (稍后/早前 → 较晚/较早); 从未叠加… misread as 'never'; 风流线 → 风场流线; 访问飞行器 → 来访航天器; 目击 → 目击者; downrange is 落点距离 not 航程. Polish — 加载 over 载入; 预警 for advisories; {amount}K/M/B 美元; 空载; 窗口 over 视窗; 分享的 {subject} matches its siblings; missing CJK↔Latin spaces restored around {store} and {mode}; 拦截点击, 已被限流, 精选, 逼真世界, and other one-word mainland-usage fixes.
