Fail the acceptance when a production build throws on a cold start of either engine

qa-strict-prod-smoke opens the keyless vite preview on each engine, switches once and fails on any page error. qa-strict-cold-chunks reports Cesium.js at a cold Navara start as a known gap instead of a failure.

// Control: after a pick to the other engine, its code is requested, so the
// detection sees what it is looking for.
//
// Known gap: the production build externalizes Cesium to the global its
// index.html script defines, and engine-neutral modules still read that
// global when they load, so a cold Navara start loads Cesium.js and its
// widget styles too. That row is reported as a known gap (its control is
// that the detection does see Cesium.js) instead of failing the run; any
// other Cesium request at a cold Navara start still fails it.

// Contract: the production build starts cold on each engine without a page
// error. A fresh page per engine opens the keyless preview of `vite build`
// (its hashed entry chunk, not the dev server), waits until the engine runs
// and its loading screen is gone, lets late work run, then switches once to
// the other engine with real input; no uncaught exception or unhandled
// rejection may show at any point. The dev server serves Cesium as an ES
// module, so module-load errors of the production bundle only show here.
