i18n(ar): Arabic face for the Global Context lines

Browse Source 
The Global Context panel and its buttons set ui-monospace through the `font`
shorthand, so Arabic fell back to a fixed-pitch face with letters spaced
apart. In Arabic they use the Arabic-aware mono stack.
