test(qa): headless by default

Browse Source 
qa-directions, qa-transit, qa-transit-recovery and qa-wind-canvas
launched a visible Chrome window. They now run headless unless
QA_HEADFUL=1 (`headless: process.env.QA_HEADFUL === '1' ? false : true`,
the same change as on the phase-4 branch).
