- Draw only the CCTV cameras in view, and thin them to one per ground cell when
zoomed out. Dragging the globe with the default 4,000-camera catalog no
longer stalls, and the camera picker lists the cameras in view with a count
of the ones outside it (samehkhamis, #1485).
