fix(i18n): Spanish keeps the HUD codes RANGE and SPD, as its glossary says

The review fixes had turned RANGE into DIST. and SPD into VEL.; the
Spanish glossary keeps HDG, BRG, CRS, FOV, DEST, SPD, RANGE and ALT in
English like cockpit avionics. The glossary now records the terms the
review settled: ACTIVO / INACTIVO, marcador, resplandor, Ciber,
NOTICIAS, INCL. / ALT.
