quanticsoul4772andSameh Khamis 4cacd4cc00 fix(qa): exit QA gates gracefully on Windows (#1064) ...

process.exit(2) after a successful fetch trips a libuv assertion on Windows and turns the exit code into 127. The four gates set process.exitCode and return instead, and discard the unread reachability response so an early exit does not wait for the server to finish the body.
