- Update the development tools to Vite 6.4.4 and Puppeteer 25.16.0, which
  clears the open npm advisories for the dev server and the browser test
  tooling, and remove the unused local screenshot helper `scripts/shot-sink.mjs`
  (samehkhamis, #1463).
