Leo PechnickiandClaude Opus 5.5 6d4a2a02fe fix(gnss): separate GEV integrity classifier from GPSJAM aggregation; machine-readable provenance
Review on #855: the per-aircraft rule (NIC < 7 || NACp < 8, borrowed from
the US 14 CFR 91.227 ADS-B Out minima) is GEV-defined, not gpsjam's, and
gpsjam's map shows low navigation accuracy, not necessarily jamming.

- Primary cell state is now `navigation-integrity-anomaly` (medium/high) or
  `nominal`; `suspected-gnss-interference` is a secondary `interpretation`
  marked validated: false.
- GNSS_PROVENANCE / gnssProvenance({ windowMs }) records the classifier
(gev-nic-nacp-v1, GEV, unvalidated), the gpsjam aggregation (formula,
bands [0.02, 0.1], FAQ source) and the GEV 30-minute visited-view window,
built from the constants the code applies. Exposed as layer.provenance
and getStats().provenance; the proxy tags responses with `classifier`.
- Visible name "GNSS Integrity", legend "... low accuracy", blurb leads with
low navigation accuracy and states the threshold is a GEV choice.
- Layer id `gnss-interference` and share token `0` unchanged.
- Voice aliases add "gnss integrity", "navigation integrity",
"low navigation accuracy"; the interference aliases stay.
- Docs describe the method as GEV threshold + gpsjam aggregation.
- Tests: provenance object, renamed state/label, proxy classifier tag;
qa-gnss asserts provenance and wording in the real app.

Leo PechnickiandClaude 21201c78f0 fix(gnss): address review - reference source wiring, honest method, 429 backoff, QA render proof
- Route the adsb.lol GNSS source through createReferenceSources and the
constructCatalog contract; app layer module is a thin pass-through.
- Describe the method honestly: gpsjam.org's published cell formula and
bands; per-aircraft thresholds are the 14 CFR 91.227(c) ADS-B Out minima
  (NIC < 7, NACp < 8) plus readsb gpsOkBefore.
- Proxy: reuse the adsb.lol anchor parser, honour upstream Retry-After
(clamped 5-120 s), serve stale during cooldown, cap the body size.
- Layer: redraw only when a cell id or band changes, treat a settling
camera as a retry rather than a rejected enable, keep low cells visible,
skip rows without finite coordinates, state the 3-aircraft rule in the
  legend blurb.
- Voice: gnss-interference in set_layer_visibility / show_data_layers_menu
plus common aliases; voice pins re-derived.
- qa-gnss: stub the route in-page (request interception stalls Cesium's
geometry workers), assert every cell is built, cover all bands over land
and sea, screenshot every state with the Data Layers row open.

Leo PechnickiandClaude eefcb338b3 feat(layers): GNSS interference layer from ADS-B NIC/NACp integrity
Bins airborne ADS-B v1/v2 aircraft that report degraded navigation
integrity (NIC < 7, NACp < 8, or readsb's GPS-loss flag) into 0.5 degree
cells over a rolling 30-minute window, coloured with the gpsjam.org
bands. Keyless: reads the capped adsb.lol point snapshot around the view
through /api/gnss-integrity, which returns integrity fields only, caches
60 s per whole-degree anchor, backs off on upstream 429 and serves the
last snapshot on failure. Adds scripts/qa-gnss.mjs.

German KhokhlovandClaude Opus 5.5 54dce5b3bd fix(i18n): second screenshot review: remaining English, numbers and wraps
From the re-shot Russian screenshots:
- Translated: weather frame/imagery status errors, HUD summary provenance
("НЕДОСТУПНО: СУДА AIS ОНЛАЙН"), Bhote Koshi map labels, cockpit signal
distances (КМ). The HUD summary fields are separated with " · " in every
language, so the style name and view band no longer read as one phrase.
- Numbers follow the locale: cockpit altitude ("26 175"), precipitation.
- No breaks inside codes and dates: ADS-B and similar in layer rows,
Sentinel-2, cyclone issue dates (word joiner; the UI font has no U+2011),
no-break space after label colons in cyclone details.
- Layout: count lines under ALPR, short unavailable chip (context
"status chip"), roomier draw segments, tighter CCTV calibration chips,
two-line beat titles and media card titles, wrapping weather status.
- Wording: ru advisory is «сводка» (was «бюллетень»; "Advisory center" is
«Центр циклона по сводке»), Street View is «Просмотр улиц», OPACITY
«НЕПРОЗР.», synced «синхр.», Area «Зона»; the import dialog no longer says
"this scene" for several scenes. Glossary updated.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 b1efd22f02 feat(street-level): one imagery source at a time; IC8 review fixes
- One provider is lit at a time: lighting a chip darkens the others, and a
chip click records every registered provider's switch in one update so
the share link keeps the swap (also off Google 3D, where Street View is
not listed). The layer starts with the first default-on provider
(Mapillary, free); params that light several keep the one already on,
so reapplying them never flips (litByParams). The now-unreachable
"several lit" chip paths are gone.
- Leaving Google 3D during a Street View lookup ends it without an error
or a stuck loading state (openImage's early return resets it; the
  lookup loop rechecks availability).
- A source swap during a lookup no longer reports "no imagery".
- Street View lit off Google 3D says the panel needs the Google 3D map.
- Comments trimmed to the why; keySetupCore.test.mjs back to upstream's
formatting plus the one new test (was a 551-line reformat).

Aditya fc48eda113 fix(radio): reject null-body and out-of-range mirror statuses instead of crashing
fetchPinnedRadioResponse built `new Response(stream, { status })` inside
the raw https response callback, which runs outside the surrounding
promise. A Radio Browser mirror answering 204, 205 or 304 (null-body
statuses), or any status outside 200-599, made the Response constructor
throw. Nothing caught it, so the whole dev/preview server process exited
and every layer went down, not only radio. The catalog's mirror failover
never saw the error.

Mirror the guard local-receivers.js already uses: null-body statuses get
a null body, statuses outside 200-599 are rejected, and anything thrown
in the callback rejects the promise so the existing error handling and
mirror failover run.

German KhokhlovandClaude Opus 5.5 2b6ccad732 fix(i18n): fix Russian layouts and the gaps the screenshot review found
A review of the Russian UI screenshots found ~90 places where longer words
broke the layout or text was still English. Fixed so they hold for any
language, then shortened where a control is short by design.

- Layout: label columns that size to their text (weather and wind settings,
Recent Imagery slots and opacity, style sliders, display panel), layer
list names and icons, buttons that wrap instead of overflowing (CCTV,
scenes, Bhote Koshi), voice header that always shows the cost, styled
EN | ES | RU chips, voice error tray above the dock.
- t() context: t('CLEAR', { context: 'action' }) is «СБРОСИТЬ» while the sky
stays «ЯСНО»; also used for radio categories, voice states and directions.
- Units and dates follow the locale through src/ui/unitLabels.js
(formatQuantity: localized number, translated unit, non-breaking space):
wind, pressure, cyclones, directions, CCTV, SDR gain, scene timing, flight
tooltip, Recent Imagery dates and resolution.
- Newly translated: directions turn-by-turn steps (built from the maneuver;
English matches the server word for word), HUD mode and summary, voice
card states, radio categories on the globe, CCTV status, layer source
lines, scene dialogs (Cancel, file pickers), Bhote Koshi statuses, titles,
comparison dates and caveat, Recent Imagery notices. Stored data and text
  for AI tools stay English.
- es and ru: 1,885 messages each.

German KhokhlovandClaude Opus 5.5 3129e531e6 feat(i18n): translate the whole interface
Mark every UI string the unmarked-text check reported (534) plus text it
cannot see (helpers, joined labels, runtime-built panels), and translate
the result to Spanish and Russian: 1,679 messages each.

- Kept on purpose, with the reason where the text lives: provider and
product names, place and camera names, codes and units, dB values, the HUD
terminal readouts, demo shot titles that saved projects look up by title,
and text for AI tools and the voice model.
- Modules shared with the server or AI tools stay free of the i18n import
(local msg); the wind reading and voice session stay English and are
translated where the page shows them.
- npm test now runs the unmarked-text check.
- Fixes on the way: a duplicated radio privacy paragraph, the contact panel
toggle saying Expand while open, the CSS filter mistaking &amp; for CSS.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 76db4114ff Merge upstream/main into pr/google-street-view
Conflicts with upstream's Street Level provider composition and share-state
codec, resolved:

- Street View's switch moves from its own share option (`g`) to upstream's
  provider-switch field (`r`, e.g. `0.r.google-1`); a link without it keeps
Street View off. Docs and the browser gate follow.
- createApplicationStreetLevel keeps upstream's injectable provider list;
its default, once the application supplies its Street Level source, is
Mapillary plus Google Street View. Without that source there are none, as
  upstream intends.
- The coverage hint keeps upstream's empty-composition message and joins
  every switched-on provider's hint otherwise.
- CHANGELOG, README and SECURITY keep both sides' entries.

German KhokhlovandClaude Opus 5.5 13efd411b6 refactor(i18n): key messages by English text; add Russian
Replace the semantic keys with the English source text, so code reads as the
UI does and English needs no catalog: t('Save keys'), tn(count, one, other)
for plurals, msg() for text stored in data, and bare data-i18n* markup that
translates the element's own English. Other languages are one flat JSON each.

- Simplify src/i18n: drop namespaces, the configurable locale pair
(GEV_DEFAULT_LOCALE / GEV_SECONDARY_LOCALE) and its build defines. Locale
comes from ?lang=, the stored choice, then browser languages.
- Add scripts/i18n.mjs (npm run i18n): extracts every message from t/tn/msg
and markup, and fails on missing, unused, placeholder-mismatched or
wrongly-shaped plural entries. npm test runs it via catalog.test.mjs.
- Add Russian (src/i18n/locales/ru.json, 833 messages), started from the
community catalog in #312 and reviewed against the current English.
- Fix data-i18n placed on parents that would wipe their children (cockpit
LEVEL and local weather cells, first-run EXPLORE MANUALLY tile), and a
doubled degree sign in the TRACK ACQUIRED signal.
- Rewrite docs/TRANSLATORS.md for the new workflow; drop sections the earlier
  merge resurrected in docs/CURRENT-STATE.md.

kapturnerandClaude Opus 5.5 90b783c532 fix(import): one blob URL per packed KMZ image, cap KML styles and links
A KMZ could name one large packed image in thousands of <href>s, and each
one made a fresh Blob copy for Cesium to decode. kmzImageResolver now keeps
one blob URL per archive entry, and countKmlGeometry refuses a document
with more than 2,000 <href> and <Style> elements (MAX_KML_LINKS) before
Cesium reads it.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 7bfcf177ac fix(street-level): IC8 review of the Street View provider
Google's Maps Platform terms forbid Street View imagery beside non-Google
maps, so the provider declares requiresMapStack: 'photoreal': off Google
3D its chip is dashed with the reason, lookups and opens skip it, and
leaving Google 3D closes its panorama.

- Ground clicks: only a click on the map itself (scenePick.isSurfacePick:
nothing picked or Google 3D tile content) at street zoom opens Street
View, and the camera stays put; higher up the hint says to zoom in.
scenePick.pickGroundPosition replaces the copy in Directions.
- Viewer: poses go out at once and again when the date and address
arrive, so an open never hangs on that lookup; one lookup per panorama,
seeded by the nearest lookup; a close settles a pending open; failed
lookups are asked again; poses follow position changes, not pano_changed.
- Loader: the gm_authFailure handler is installed once, so a retried load
  reports a refusal once.
- Viewer host: a prewarm that lands after another provider took the host
is released; FIT/FILL availability is set on every open.
- Provider: a refusal while switched off reports no error over another
photo; SINCE compares against the end of Google's month; messages name
the referrer and network causes; FLAT says Street View is 360° only.
- The layer row names the key of the providers that are on; the MCP panel
CSP admits Street View's tiles, control images and photos.
- Tests for each, against fakes that now follow Google's event order; the
browser gate restores its state, waits instead of sleeping, aims its
panel clicks and corner drags, and asserts the camera stays put.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 22b0009138 feat(street-level): Google Street View as the second imagery provider
Google Street View registers beside Mapillary as provider `google`. It runs
on the Maps JavaScript API with the browser GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY, loaded on
first use (mapsLoader.js), and uses Google's own StreetViewPanorama as its
viewer adapter, emitting provider-neutral poses (address and month in the
caption, a link to Google Maps, steps along Google's arrows, FOLLOW on
Google 3D). Its chip starts off because every panorama is billed to the
key; the share option is `g`.

Google offers no coverage layer for other maps, so the provider draws
none: with it on, a click on bare ground at street zoom opens its nearest
Google-collected outdoor panorama (groundClick.js). A key Google refuses
reads KEY REJECTED and fails a pending open at once; a lookup Google never
answers fails after 10 s.

Core: providers may declare `groundClick` and `defaultOn`; poses may carry
`capturedAtPrecision` and `title`; the coverage line keeps every
provider's hint; opening one provider's image releases another's
prewarmed viewer; FIT/FILL hides for viewers without render modes. CSP
script-src admits https://maps.googleapis.com. The browser gate gains two
Street View steps (the keyed one skips as 'no Google key' in CI).

kapturnerandClaude Opus 5.5 644a341b4c fix(import): address review on metadata, bounds, navigation, clock and GPX
- Imported metadata stays inert: descriptions, native labels, properties and
KML extended data are dropped from every entity; names are kept as short
plain text. GeoJSON loads with a describe that builds no HTML, and
simplestyle (including marker-symbol) is dropped, so no icon asset is
fetched for a file and GeoJSON draws in its row's color.
- Bound geometry before loading: features and vertices are counted in the
parsed GeoJSON, the KML document and while reading GPX, and a file over
20,000 features or 250,000 vertices is refused before Cesium builds it.
- Imports run one batch at a time, so concurrent picks or drops cannot pass
  the 12-file cap.
- Fly-to framing walks long tracks by index instead of spreading them into a
  call.
- Fly-to is an immediate navigation through the application shell; the fly
after an import is a deferred navigation stamped when the batch starts and
  re-asserted just before flying.
- Dated imports never change the shared clock: imported sources expose no
clock, entities are available for all time, and a KML gx:Track is drawn as
  its line.
- GPX is read into GeoJSON with one line per track segment, without times.
- KML/KMZ rows show a hatched swatch (they keep their own styles); keyboard
focus is kept on the same control after hide/show and moves to the next
  row after remove.
- Unit regressions for each, and the rendered QA now imports hostile
metadata, dated KML/GPX and a two-segment track, and fails on any request
for a file's contents or icon assets, a clock change, or surviving
  metadata.

kapturnerandClaude Opus 5.5 57b8d8b23c feat: import GeoJSON, KML, KMZ and GPX files onto the globe
DISPLAY ▸ Import (and drop onto the globe) puts the person's own files on
the map as Cesium data sources, clamped to the ground, one color per file,
with a row to show/hide, fly to or remove each. Files stay in the browser
for the session.

KML/KMZ are sanitized before Cesium reads them (network links, remote
icons/styles, models, photo/screen overlays and balloon HTML removed; KMZ
images served from blob URLs), so an imported file cannot make the page
fetch anything. KMZ is read with a small dependency-free zip reader on the
platform DecompressionStream, with a zip-bomb limit. Bounded file size,
entity count and number of files.

Tests: src/data/geoFileImport.test.mjs, src/ui/geoFileImport.test.mjs.
Gate: scripts/qa-geo-import.mjs. The import half of #890.

Sameh Khamis bff921ccb3 fix(flights): start a new grounded aircraft on the floor under its delayed position
The fleet draws a grounded contact at its delayed position lifted onto the floor under it, but a new billboard was created at the delayed position without that lift. A taxiing aircraft whose reported fix sat lower than the ground under its delayed position started on the fix's floor and then rose on the next fleet tick. Creation now applies the same floor the fleet pass does.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 3af0f80cdb test(street-level): close the mutation survivors; Esc in rich text
A mutation review left 18 earlier survivors; each now has a test that
fails with the mutant applied:

- the expanded viewer returns into the panel on shrink, close and destroy
(the fake DOM had no parentNode, so reinsertion was never exercised); the
fake DOM gains offsetParent and a MutationObserver that honours its
  options, and a <body> child added while expanded goes inert;
- each pose moves the marker, drives FOLLOW and selects a new sequence;
close() retires an open still mounting or opening; a provider toggled
while the layer is off activates nothing; the adapter drops late and
  superseded poses;
- share-link defaults: "any date" (0 days), the codec max pinned to the
filter's MAX_SINCE_DAYS (layerState cannot import it across package
  boundaries, so a test ties the two), Mapillary on when a link omits it;
- Esc that something else handled, or typed in a field, keeps the
  selection; a key problem outranks LOADING on the pill;
- the marker's terrain height (mesh, DEM, clamp then re-place);
- proxy: LRU memory cache and its half-budget rule, Retry-After capped,
  a request after a cancelled fetch starts a fresh one;
- date-line tile ranking with and without focus; the horizon cull idles
while the camera stands still; the old zoom goes as soon as the new one
lands; a rate limit holds every refresh inside its wait.

One real bug found and fixed: Esc inside a contenteditable cleared the
selected sequence (selection.js now ignores isContentEditable targets).

Trygve HemminghyttandClaude Opus 5.5 fa61955cf1 feat(bikeshare): add Kolumbus, Farte and Lillestrøm city bikes
Cover every Norwegian station-based city-bike system with an open GBFS
feed: Kolumbus Bysykkel (Stavanger) and Farte Bysykkel (Skien/Porsgrunn)
through Entur Mobility, and Bysykkel Lillestrøm through JCDecaux
Cyclocity.

api.entur.io and api.cyclocity.fr join the GBFS allowlist, each kept to
its GBFS path prefix since both hosts front other APIs. Entur serves its
feeds without a .json suffix, so the endpoint checks accept either form,
and requests to Entur carry the ET-Client-Name header it requires.
Attributed under NLOD (Entur) and Licence Ouverte (JCDecaux).

Trygve HemminghyttandClaude Opus 5.5 42543c1fa1 feat(bikeshare): add Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim Bysykkel
Add Norway's three Urban Sharing city-bike systems to the Bike Share
layer and get_bike_share. The feeds are keyless GBFS on
gbfs.urbansharing.com, which joins the proxy allowlist. The proxy now
sends the Client-Identifier header the operators ask clients to send.

H4ldenandClaude Opus 5.5 d43478a547 feat: add Statens vegvesen (Norway) road cameras as a CCTV pack
Norway's ~850 working road cameras load from one keyless GeoJSON request
to the agency's OGC API view of its DATEX 3.1 CCTV table, so no DATEX
account is needed. Faulty cameras are dropped, every camera sits under a
"Norway" category, and the ~135 that publish HLS play as live video
through the existing in-memory relay with the still as fallback. Frames
and manifests are pinned to each camera's own path on the agency hosts.

CCTV_VEGVESEN_ENABLED=0 disables the pack, CCTV_VEGVESEN_MAX_SOURCES
caps it (nearest the largest cities first) and CCTV_VEGVESEN_VIDEO=0
keeps stills only. Attributed under NLOD 2.0.

Bilawal Sidhu e7cb9b02b5 Merge main into feat/voice-core
Keeps the voice-core prompt rules and adds main's world-query and
vessels-vs-visuals rules; the tool catalog wraps the deixis-aware runner.

Also fixes two things the branch had before the merge:
- Live voice could not start: OpenAI rejects track_entity's top-level
anyOf. Model-facing tools now omit top-level combinators; the runner
and benchmark still require a query or a referent.
- The Contacts-centred analyst answer dropped the viewport coverage note.

Sameh Khamis 60644c5f5d feat: name live feed routes and sources for what they serve
The flight, military and vessel feeds were named after the providers the
bundled server uses (/api/opensky, /api/adsblol/mil, /api/ais-live and
their track routes; createOpenSkySource, createAdsbLolSource,
createAisStreamSource). Any server should be able to answer a feed from
its own provider, so the feeds are now:

  /api/flights /api/flights/track?icao24=
  /api/military /api/military/track?hex=
  /api/vessels /api/vessels/track?mmsi=

with createFlightSource, createMilitarySource and createVesselSource. The
old routes are removed. Each server names its provider in X-Feed-Source
(the bundled server sends OpenSky Network, adsb.lol and AISStream, so its
attribution is unchanged) and the military feed's cache state and age in
X-Feed-Cache and X-Feed-Age-Ms. Sources report the provider the server
names and fall back to the feed's name.

Sameh Khamis f752b5eea1 fix: resolve bundled data URLs when used, not at import
The submarine cable source and the infrastructure data URLs built their
asset URLs from import.meta.url while the module loaded. Importing the
tool services therefore failed in runtimes without a usable module URL,
even for tools that never read those files. Build the URLs when they are
read; Vite still rewrites them in browser builds.
