Tab switches no longer run inside a View Transition, which the globe
and camera could stall so taps on the tab bar went unanswered, and a
capture enter/leave failure can no longer abort a switch. Escape closes
the topmost open sheet wherever focus is. The top-right globe button
opens one Layers sheet with the visual looks and every layer family.

instead of black, and a watchdog drops to flat terrain when the
keyless terrain host stalls.

London, Gulf) gives the time machine ghosts to replay on first open.
- Director beats frame their subjects (hearts rise over Midtown), fire
a deterministic alert, and run in any order.
- Dossiers name operators from airline prefixes and show the privacy
notice only for real privacy flags.

Number keys 1-9, 0, - and = jump to beats whether or not the director
is open. The engine now draws real river outlines over Esri's
inconsistent Hudson imagery, declutters Moment labels, and makes
playMoment, exitMoment and setTime(null) safe at any time (each view-
cone line owns its material; teardown waits for the frame in flight).

Tabs become Today, Live, Capture, Rooms and You. Today opens with the
daily brief (since you last looked, Today's Moment, your sky now,
overhead tonight, your watch) above the feed. The time ribbon becomes a
time machine with recorded and forecast ranges, event pips, playback
speeds and clipping. Moments play full-screen with captures, chat and
record on one clock. Any entity opens a dossier with receipts and a
link graph; search, watch places and alert rules, and a presenter
director with deterministic demo beats round it out.

Every room has a Twitch-style Live lane (simulated crowd chat, emotes,
reactions that also rise from the globe, slow mode, witness glow) and a
Reddit/X-style Record (Signal-weighted corroborate/dispute, threads,
quotes, notes, synthesis). Chat lines with evidence or corroboration
promote to the Record, and a rules-based clerk summarizes chat with
citations. Signal is a receipts ledger; Need eyes requests reward a
sealed answer with a First eyes byline. Crews add persistent groups.
Simulated and example content is labelled throughout.

The number card dimmed its composite to 20% grey, so the GNSS card read
as black; it now keeps colour and fades under the number. Globe labels
are cut at 26 characters so long launch names stay on screen.

The Now feed mixes sensor, eye, track, number, witness and room cards
across Orbit, Sky, Ground and Inside, ordered so neighbours differ, with
composited thumbnails and live public-camera frames.
Every situation has a room: typed, place- and time-anchored posts,
evidence badges, bridging-rated notes and a cited Known / Disputed /
Unknown local synthesis, with cross-tab presence over BroadcastChannel.
Example posts are labelled as such.
Capture adds Live (10 s segments sealed into a hash chain, shown on the
globe as a view frustum) and Upload (EXIF placement, Unverified tier),
and an attach sheet that files any capture into a nearby situation.

Five tabs (Now, Globe, Capture, Threads, You) over one persistent globe:
a live situation feed whose cards open into the world with a detented
brief, the lens dock and time ribbon, AR Look and signed Witness
capture (ECDSA P-256 in IndexedDB, SHA-256 hash chain, IMU and GPS
trace, eight-check verify), the Bhote Koshi reconstruction thread with
a live ledger, and hinge-aware two-pane layouts for foldables.
The production build now emits mobile/index.html beside the app; the
panel build keeps the app alone.
