CHANGELOG-only conflict: the bullet stays first under [Unreleased], ahead of
the entries upstream added there. No code changes.

`createVectorTileSource` took `tileJsonUrl` and `allowedOrigin` as independent
options, and `createOpenFreeMapSource` hardcoded both to the default host. A
caller that repointed only `tileJsonUrl` — the obvious single change — kept the
default `allowedOrigin`, so the TileJSON's absolute upstream `tiles[0]` passed
the origin check and every tile was fetched from the default host instead. No
error, no warning, and nothing reached the configured mirror.
`allowedOrigin` now defaults to the origin of `tileJsonUrl`, so repointing one
option is enough, and a mirror that serves the default host's TileJSON verbatim
fails with the existing `Invalid vector tile origin` instead of silently
bypassing itself. The origin check is unchanged: a TileJSON still cannot point
the client at a host the caller did not configure.
All three existing callers pass `allowedOrigin` explicitly
(`openFreeMap.js`, `alpr/source.js`, `traffic/flowSource.js`), and an explicit
value still overrides the derived one, so behaviour is unchanged for every
current call site.
The flight, military and vessel feeds were named after the providers the
bundled server uses (/api/opensky, /api/adsblol/mil, /api/ais-live and
their track routes; createOpenSkySource, createAdsbLolSource,
createAisStreamSource). Any server should be able to answer a feed from
its own provider, so the feeds are now:
/api/flights /api/flights/track?icao24=
/api/military /api/military/track?hex=
/api/vessels /api/vessels/track?mmsi=
with createFlightSource, createMilitarySource and createVesselSource. The
old routes are removed. Each server names its provider in X-Feed-Source
(the bundled server sends OpenSky Network, adsb.lol and AISStream, so its
attribution is unchanged) and the military feed's cache state and age in
X-Feed-Cache and X-Feed-Age-Ms. Sources report the provider the server
names and fall back to the feed's name.
b4067f9 moved the OpenSky states/all fetch into fetchOpenSkyStates, with a
10-second limit per attempt and one retry. Keep that and drop this branch's
20-second exchange deadline; the 8 MiB body cap now reads inside the helper
under each attempt's signal. The CHANGELOG bullet moves under [Unreleased],
and CURRENT-STATE describes the per-attempt OpenSky deadline.

The vessel source accepts an optional area and sends it as lat, lon and
radius_km. The vessel layer asks for the area the camera shows (centered
on the middle of the screen, sized by camera height), or every vessel
from high enough up, and asks again when the view moves or zooms by a
quarter of that radius. vessels_in_area names its area too. Servers that
hold every vessel may ignore the area; callers still keep only what is
inside it.
The submarine cable source and the infrastructure data URLs built their
asset URLs from import.meta.url while the module loaded. Importing the
tool services therefore failed in runtimes without a usable module URL,
even for tools that never read those files. Build the URLs when they are
read; Vite still rewrites them in browser builds.
The datacenter and dam layers parsed their bundled GeoJSON Lines and
built analyst records inside the Cesium-backed layer module. Move the
data URLs, the line parser, mapAnalystRecord and layerTitle unchanged to
src/sources/infrastructureData.js; the layer module imports them and
still exports mapAnalystRecord. The consumer-build pin lists the new
module.
The bike-share layer parsed station documents inside its model factory.
Move the parsers unchanged to src/sources/gbfsStations.js and have the
model import them, so code outside the layer can read GBFS stations
without constructing the layer.
The satellites layer parsed catalog text inside its Cesium-backed orbit
owner. Move the parser unchanged to src/sources/tle.js, add a catalog
number helper, and have the layer delegate to it so code outside the
layer can read TLE text without loading rendering.
Traffic roads come from OpenFreeMap vector tiles, or TomTom flow tiles with a
key (Hybrid by default). Military areas use OpenFreeMap polygons with a bundled
worldwide name index; wide views show named points. ALPR reads an hourly
OpenStreetMap extract. Cockpit place context and country, state and US county
outlines use bundled Natural Earth and US Census data. Overpass is used only
when an operator configures their own endpoint.
Also: camera arrivals no longer land below ground, keyless terrain retries on
429, bounded relation geometry for configured Overpass, one shared
OpenStreetMap credit, and separate tile and API transports for embedders.

Route the six proxied fetches that still buffered upstream bodies without
a limit through the shared capped readers in src/sources/httpBody.js:
FIRMS CSV, CelesTrak TLE groups, adsb.lol /v2/mil (both the OK and
relayed-status paths), TomTom flow tiles, OpenSky states/all and adsbdb
enrichment lookups. Each cap is a bound sized well above the measured
payload, not a budget.
readResponseBytesCapped gains the same optional abort signal as the text
reader, with the same cancel-on-abort plumbing and reader release, so the
TomTom tile path can share the route deadline instead of reading
arrayBuffer() unbounded. Where a route already had a deadline, the same
signal now covers the body read as well as the headers. Two polls had no
deadline at all: the adsb.lol military poll gains a 12-second one and the
OpenSky states/all exchange, including its Basic-auth retry, a 20-second
one; both miss into their existing STALE paths.
FIRMS map-key status, the OpenSky token exchange and CCTV media are left
as they are.

Adds MODIS NRT to Active Fires and a keyless Fire Perimeters layer (NIFC WFIGS) with
InciWeb incident links, served through a capped, cached /api/fire-perimeters proxy.

Adds a Local ADS-B layer fed by your own receivers: a browser WebUSB
RTL-SDR (with FM listening) and local 1090/978 MHz decoder feeds
(LOCAL_RECEIVER_FEEDS, local and private addresses only). Local aircraft
draw in magenta with class, silhouettes, 3D models, trails and a position
sanity filter; the click card names the band and input that heard them.
Builds on Sameh Khamis's SDR prototype and the initial GEV port by
Mazeyar Moeini Feizabadi (#134); the decoder-feed design follows the
notes on #57. Closes#57.

Wind (NOAA GFS and ECMWF IFS: animated particles, colour field, a reading at map centre), observed weather (NOAA MRMS radar, GOES and NESDIS infrared clouds, lightning density) on one shared history timeline, NHC and CPHC cyclone advisories with tracks and cones, and a WEATHER panel in the right rail. On 3D Tiles the observed products render as raised shells with a sharper window around the view.
