Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 730ba57073 Report unsupported military track history in get_aircraft_track
The standalone military source no longer has getTrack, so the MCP
get_aircraft_track tool threw a TypeError and MCP advised a retry. It
now returns an `unsupported` ToolError when the selected feed has no
getTrack, while custom sources that supply history still work. Tests
cover the default composition through the catalog and MCP.

Also drop the unused epoch import and update the CURRENT-STATE track
sections to describe local trails and 503 history_unavailable.

Said TurkseverandClaude Opus 5.5 4c383214f7 fix(tools): average aircraft speed over airborne aircraft only
aircraft_in_area stats summarized altitude over airborne aircraft but
speed over every match, so parked aircraft pulled the mean speed toward
zero. Both figures now use the same airborne subset, and the on-ground
fixture is stationary so the test can tell the difference.

Reserved AIS ship-type codes 100 to 255 now read as unknown, as type 0
does, instead of showing up in the breakdown as their own type.

Adds tests for an area where every aircraft is on the ground and for
find_vessel type and destination normalization, and notes in the
changelog fragment that every vessel answer is now normalized.

quanticsoul4772andClaude Opus 5.5 7bf268ec42 fix(tools): read an airline only from a callsign of seven characters or fewer
ICAO flight-plan Item 7 caps aircraft identification at seven characters, so
the flight number after the designator is one to four characters, not five.
Philippine RP-C1234 and Cuban CU-T1240 registrations read like a designator
plus a flight number once the hyphen is dropped; they now count as unknown.
Cubana's CUB123 still counts as CUB.

quanticsoul4772andClaude Opus 5.5 aec4f67ca9 feat(tools): count aircraft in an area by airline
OpenSky, the default civil feed, reports no operator, so group_by: operator
said "no operator reported". aircraft_in_area now also takes
group_by: 'airline', read from the ICAO designator in each callsign: three
letters followed by a flight number that starts with a digit (SWA1234,
UAL12A). Registrations used as callsigns (N123AB) count as unknown. Rows are
unchanged; the designator is derived for the breakdown only.

Live, Texas: "785 aircraft ...; most by airline: AAL (89), SWA (65), UAL (52);
283 unknown."

Rudy Mizrahi Celekli fa8e3e989f fix(tools): exclude unknown altitude from requested aircraft bands (#1115)
aircraft_in_area compared a nullable altitude, so a contact with neither barometric nor geometric altitude matched max_altitude_m as though it were at zero. Require a reported finite altitude only when a band is requested; unfiltered queries keep the contact.

quanticsoul4772andClaude Opus 5.5 603f428397 fix(tools): say when a breakdown's field is missing from the feed
OpenSky, the default civil feed, reports no operator or type code, so a
breakdown by either put every aircraft under unknown while the summary said
nothing. The summary now says "no operator reported" in that case, and
otherwise appends the unknown count after the largest groups.

quanticsoul4772andClaude Opus 5.5 2110d06e36 feat(tools): count and summarize every match in the area tools
aircraft_in_area and vessels_in_area return at most 200 rows, so a client
asked which operators dominate an area, or the average altitude there, could
only estimate from a truncated sample. Both tools now take an optional
group_by (aircraft: operator, origin_country, type_code; ships: type,
destination) and stats (airborne altitude and speed for aircraft, speed for
ships). Each is computed over every match before rows are capped. Breakdowns
list the ten largest groups plus other and unknown counts, and the summary
names the three largest.

Sameh Khamis d6473b6049 feat: return the view that shows each answer
Tool answers with something to show now include data.view: the view with
the matching layers on, the area framed from above or a single aircraft or
satellite followed, and the link that opens it. Area framing moves to
src/tools/views.js so links and answers frame alike.

Sameh Khamis 33445aec73 fix: keep each aircraft feed's freshness in search answers
find_aircraft merged the records of the feeds that answered and dropped their
freshness, so a stale OpenSky snapshot read as a current "not reported".
Answers now list each feed with its freshness and coverage and say which
feed's data may be stale.

Sameh Khamis e779432925 fix: report stale and partial data in more tool answers
A sweep for the same pattern found more answers presented as current and
complete: launches and satellite orbits served from a stale proxy cache, a
regional aircraft fallback read as worldwide, license plate cameras trimmed
or partly loaded, and a radio directory of popular stations read as every
station. The launch and satellite sources now report the proxies' stale
markers, and each answer says what it covers.

Sameh Khamis 61974848fe fix: keep aircraft search results when one feed is down
find_aircraft failed whenever either feed failed. It now answers from the
feeds that responded, names the ones that did not, and searches only the
military feed for registrations, the only feed that reports them.

Sameh Khamis ec1adbdc19 fix: tighten tool answers found in local testing
Unknown aircraft tracks read as empty instead of a server error, aircraft
info names the aircraft and flight, the HUD caption sends the app's caption
context, and satellite pass, satellites overhead and nearby places take a
place name or point like the other tools.

Sameh Khamis e680a59bf5 feat: add place search and routing tools
Add search_places and places_nearby over the app's Google Places routes,
and plan_route over its OpenStreetMap routing. The place search service
reports when no search key is configured, so an unconfigured server is
not mistaken for an empty result, and rate limits become retry_later.
Route endpoints accept a place name or coordinates.

Sameh Khamis 22c3fe40b0 feat: add aviation and satellite tools
Add aircraft_in_area, find_aircraft, get_aircraft_track and
get_aircraft_info over the live aircraft sources, with an optional
military feed, and next_satellite_pass and satellites_overhead over the
satellite catalog and the existing pass predictor.

Source failures from the live contract now become tool errors with the
matching code, so a rate limit reaches clients as retry_later with a
wait time. Tool schemas may use pattern.
