## Location control ownership
City/POI rows, search/reset bindings, location readouts and the orbit indicator
have a dedicated component with explicit navigation actions. A separate lookup
controller cancels superseded searches and checks camera authority before flight
and result presentation. Existing search providers and camera handoff policy are
preserved. Replacing or closing a POI row cancels its pending expansion frame;
destruction releases listeners, pending searches and the orbit indicator.
