fix(street-level): keep OPEN STREET VIEW whole beside a long coverage line
.scene-btn (flex: 1) loads after street-level.css and outranked the button's flex: 0 0 auto, so with Mapillary and Street View both lit the button shrank to its 72px minimum and its one-line label ran past the panel edge. Scope the rule under .sl-meta-row; the coverage line wraps instead. The live gate gives the share-link check 30 s, as the link is written only once the view rests.
